Is the fear of the Dollar losing its dominance the real reason behind what is happening in Gaza?

In November 2023, a group of Israeli businessmen had written up a “future” for Gaza once they have demilitarized the strip and have completely razed it. The plan called Gaza 2035 involves turning Gaza into an economic hub that utilizes recently discovered natural gas off the coast of Gaza to provide energy for the industrial manufacturing.

As The Cradle reports:

“The plan involves keeping Gaza under long-term Israeli security control, making major investments to rebuild the devastated enclave “from nothing” with Gulf assistance, turning Gaza into a regional trade and energy hub, and exploiting cheap Palestinian labor and natural gas for the benefit of Israeli business interests.” (emphasis added)

In essence Israel wants to drive out as much of the current Palestinian population in Gaza, level everything – which is what we’ve been seeing with all the controlled demolitions of residential buildings and rebuild, with the use of what sounds like slave labor, some futuristic city that will accommodate Israeli settlers and international conglomerates.

As journalist Vanessa Beeley notes:

“ What is certain is that this plan has been in the Zionist/US pipeline for perhaps decades and is only now being put into effect with the exploitation of events of October 7th by Israel to secure the Nakba II in Gaza and to increase the Zionist footprint in what remains of Palestine in the occupied territories. “

With the US recent announcement of building a port off the coast of Gaza and the revelations shortly after October 7 that the Israeli government had foreknowledge of the attack – this plan was likely the motivation all along.

But why now?

In January 2024 Egypt, who has control over the Suez Canal, officially became part of the BRICS bloc, along with 5 other members. This alone would motivate the US and Israel to want to remain economically competitive.

As an article in Business Insider notes:

“The addition of Egypt, Ethiopia, and Saudi Arabia could give BRICS influence over 12% of all global trade. That’s because those three countries surround the Suez Canal, a key passage for goods to flow into international markets.”

In short what is happening in Gaza is not the result of October 7 but instead a result of the United States and it’s military colony, Israel, fearing the loss of economic dominance. The new tariffs that Biden just impose on China likely originates from the same fear.

I am starting to think that the reason the US is not doing anything to stop the Genocide of Gaza is because the US is one of the architects behind it, in other words this plan is a joint US – Israeli effort. In the past the US has forcefully put a stop to some of Israels aggression's towards their neighbors and the real reason they aren’t now isn’t because Biden is “weak” but rather because Biden gave it the green light to begin with.

History has shown that the US is more than willing to destroy any part of the world to maintain its hegemonic dominance. The United States thinks killing millions of people to protect it’s interests are worth it. Protecting the dominance of the dollar is well in the United States interests, and turning Gaza into a port city with lucrative trade routes to compete against what appears to be the BRICS current control of the Suez Canal is well within the realm of possibilities.
